Getting Back in the Habit

I've been in a funk
January has been funk filled when it has come to this blog.
I've had thoughts and stories and learned things
but every time I look at this Post screen I just got a mental block, or would write too much, or edit too much
and then the funk came.

I could give a ton of "explanations" and "reasons" and "excuses" about why I haven't posted ONE SINGLE THING in OVER a month
But the truth is... I just haven't done it.

So what do you do to get yourself back on track?

and then you get my First THOUGHTS

7 minutes of unedited writing - what you get is what you get.
